Workout gee gee beginning

hi, i made this vid to keep track and progress of my weight lifting. im an uber noob jst beginning to work out, so tips and advice would be nice =]. in this vid, my height is 5′7 and my weight is 148lbs. the date is june 30, 2009. my goal is to reach 155lbs by july and 160lbs by august. end goal is to be around 170-180lbs of muscle mass and 5-10 %body fat.
