high reps? low reps? isolation? is it possible to not lose any muscle mass when you quit working out?
If you have tried other workouts, try something else. I powerlifted competitively for years, trained for football for 30 years and tried crossfit about 5 months ago/. It’s nice to have the mix of the power movements and the cardio all in one, and it takes roughly 20-30 minutes!!

1 – Depends on your body type
2 – Spending your time working out certain groups without considering others is a waste of time
3 – Depending on how much muscle gain your looking for you will need a conditioning program
4 – There’s many programs out there which specialize in this so you can get the most out of your workout
5 – Take a look at this MMA/UFC one – a lot of people who are not even involved in this sport are getting into it because it’s such a powerful program – http://www.kl.am/workout
