    lol if I were you id just use whole wheat hamburger bread and might as well turn that patty into a hambuger, just throw in some tomato and lettuce and bam! :D

    extra lean beef has more protein per oz than higher fat version laura’s lean beef makes a good extra lean beef with no hormones

    the idea is to get some carbs & protein for a preworkout meal for energy i ususaly eat oatmeal and a can of tuna an hour before the gym…oh & no xplode is a good supplement but beware of side effects..after using it i ended up with high blood pressure & an impaired kidney till i got off it.

    @saintjohnmuscle I don’t typically eat that much bread lol, but I used to work at a job where I had no other choice but eat carbs that didnt need to be eaten with utensils, bread was the only option, so thats what it was. Try to stay away from that much bread though unless u have to do that!

    I mean I’m bulking …
    I mean I’m bulking right now, but I’m only at 11.2% Body Fat. I do 30 mins. of cardio a day after I finish lifting. I eat like a pig, but I just eat the right stuff to maintain my body fat percentage. I do, however, want to get bigger, tho. So how can I get bigger? It’s almost like I’m doing the right stuff to get lean as it is, and I’m seeing muscular gains?…I’m confused lol.

    Hey man can u tell me some good lean meats to eat. at the moment im just eating chicken, eggs, and a weight gainer to get all my proteins , i feel i should be eating more different types of meat but am afraid of putting on to much body fat

    @vondee17 he drinks the gatorade to fill his body back up with electrolites and because he would of lost it all after the workout, his insulin levels are very low after the workout and the gatorade will help to get it back up

    most who dont know …
    most who dont know should consider that this is for a man over 180lbs im guessing so most teens and others smaller than that should lower the intake of food

    Where I come from that kindda bread would be considered white. You gotta get some complex carbs.

    Then you wouldnt need that pre workout drink, you could maintain your energy from the more complex carbs.

    good video bro…i like your staff and u got a good knolodge….BUT the ONLY thing a i dont agree much its about you eating bread pretty much in all meals..swap for rice and pasta witch still easy to cook,fast and can keep for 3 days on fridge..
    keep it up and always on track….
