I workout 2 hours a day and don’t gain much.
2 hours is too little for 15 year old, you are young so you recover faster then older people. You should work out at least 4 hours a day.

I think you are doing to much
I work out at most half an hour a day and i see lots of improvments.

Firstly, you should not work out everyday. You need to give your muscles time to repair. Workout every other day. also to gain mass, lift heavier weight with lower repetitions. Eat a good diet as well.
