    try using dumbells …
try using dumbells or single arm pulleys instead of barbells and two arm pulleys. the reason your right side is bigger than your left is that your right side is doing most of the work when doing two arm excercises. by using dumbells you will isolate each side of your body and therefore create much better symmetry

2 if fine but I would change up the exercises so your hitting diff angles of your lats, also muscle confusion is key to hypertrophy, T bar rows and horizontal pull ups really gave me growth in my upper lats.

    reps means how many …
reps means how many times you would lift the weight. about 12-15 times. sets is how many times you do that. as in 3 times. example he may be saying 12-15 reps, 3 sets. so you lift 15 times, 3 times. taking breaks in between. hope that helps.

    Yepp! You take a …
Yepp! You take a short straight bar and put it on a cabel that you pull down. Then you just bend your knees and pull the bar (with just a bit bent arms) down towards your gut, make sure that you go all the way down to really get a good pump. Then slowly back to starting position. You can alternate with leaning forward and pulling down with straight arms from in front of/above your head to your knees. I prefer the first one because you can’t use your body weight as help/cheating.

    Ok, i have been …
Ok, i have been using some back workouts and have one side of my back thats bigger than the other. This includes the area under my armpit which has created a sort of pouch. My right side is much bigger. Theres mucle but its more wiggly than the left side. My left side is perfect. What should i do? It is noticable and i can feel it as well. The workouts iv’e been doing are the machine that is like a pec deck but your hands are fully extended, but i use that one backwards. And pulling a bar down

You can do a couple …
You can do a couple things if you think you may be overtraining – you can put a day in between your back and bicep workouts or you can change up your workout to have a push day and a pull day – push day will work chest, shoulders, and triceps – pull day will work back and biceps – I do forearm training at the end of my pull day. Hope this helps

no swig is good to. U have to find out for yourself. The mistake many does is to listen to guys like this and think its the gospel of working out… Just Feel the muscle and figure out 4 yourself!

    yes you are correct …
yes you are correct, the guy on the video has got it wrong, wide grip for back, close grip for biceps

    November 18, 2009 at 2:31 am

    The reverse grip …
The reverse grip certainly uses your biceps, but overtraining them?

Depends on how they feel. Generally I go for soreness feeling the next day to gauge how I’ve worked the muscles. If you’ve worked your lats but your biceps also feel sore the next day, then maybe you need to change things if you intend to work the biceps another time.

no i do not think …
no i do not think that this will overtrain your biceps, many people i know are doing this on the same day and i am one of them, maybe it will be hard on the couple of days but after regulary training its just routine

    wouldn’t it be more …
wouldn’t it be more effective if he stay still while doing the V pull down bar??instead of using the momentum by slightly moving back wards?? i always do it without moving my upper body.. only my arms..

    November 18, 2009 at 2:31 am

    I wouldn’t have …
I wouldn’t have thought so if you are targeting one area specifically. Although it will depend on your excercises. Most back excercises work the triceps much more than the biceps.

    Don’t go all the …
Don’t go all the way up on any lat pull. Going all the way up is a resting position and the beginning part of the pull down would be using your shoulders instead of your lats.
