This might help get u fit but won’t add alot of mass. 1 or 2 groups… heavy for 45 mins max then lots of food that’s all that will work. You’ll never get bigger or stronger trying to do all this in a session.

isn’t slow and steady best for building mass? you were kinda jerkin and using momentum on some of those sets. Also I didn’t see any super sets as I know them. Seekers check out Scooby1961′s channel/videos for building mass, they are the best I have seen thus far on youtube

He’s right to emphasis large movement lifts in order to get bulkier instead of standing in front of mirror doing curls, which is what a lot of skinny guys do. Nothing like combined dead and military presses to put on mass.
