high reps? low reps? isolation? is it possible to not lose any muscle mass when you quit working out?
If you have tried other workouts, try something else. I powerlifted competitively for years, trained for football for 30 years and tried crossfit about 5 months ago/. It’s nice to have the mix of the power movements and the cardio all in one, and it takes roughly 20-30 minutes!!
